My Biography
I'm a Greeley native, born April 1985. I've been using computers since my dad bought a Headstart Explorer for us in the early '90s. As I got older and was able to buy newer computers, I learned how to fix and troubleshoot them in my spare time; I have been doing support for residential clients since 2000.
When I am not troubleshooting a client's computer, I work for State Farm Insurance as a customer service representative.
In my spare time I study new technologies and read the latest news, to keep my knowledge current. My favorite sites include Ars Technica, Slashdot, and The Register.
