Computer Support
I provide computer support to residential and business customers as "Mobile Computer Support of Northern Colorado". I am available most days and will work with you to set an appointment.
Residential Customers
For residential service, I charge a flat rate between $25 and $50, with nothing over $50. I can fix issues with Windows (XP/Vista/7) Mac OS X (10.5/10.6), Linux/BSD/UNIX, network setup and configuration issues, and hardware repairs (except those at component level, like laptop DC jack repair).
Small to Large Business Customers
For small to large business service, I charge a $30 diagnostic charge in addition to an hourly rate of $30/hour. I fix the same issues as above, in addition to servers and Windows domain services.
NEW! Remote Support
To receive remote support, contact me using any contact method you prefer. You will be given a URL to download the Remote Support applet, a self-contained program that establishes a connection to my remote support system, and cleans up after itself when finished. For remote service, I charge an hourly rate of $15/hour. Remote support payment may be made via Paypal to rudyvalencia at live dot com.
Travel and Distance
I do not charge for round-trip travel within thirty miles of Greeley, Colorado. An additional travel charge of $3 per 25 miles (round-trip) applies to both residential and business clients.
Parts
Parts are available for the cost of purchasing them at retail. No other markups beyond that of the parts retailer apply.
